On Glen Bays' second stay in PNG, from 1979-81, he was attached to the United Church's Christian Education and Communication Centre at Rabaul, the successor to the Creative Training Centre. As an outlet for Pidgin literature, Bays began a Pidgin literary journal called Toksave, using the same subtitle he had used for Nobonob Nius: "Rit Moa na Save Planti" [Read More and Learn a Lot].
